We currently have a position available for a Comp. Host / Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
Greet all guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide attentive, courteous, and prompt service at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Accommodate special requests within company policies and food safety guidelines.
Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries confidently.
Be knowledgeable about hotel services and amenities to assist guests when needed.
Breakfast & Buffet Operations
Prepare, replenish, and maintain buffet items according to brand standards.
Continuously monitor buffet presentation, temperature, and stock levels during service.
Inspect inventory before and during breakfast hours to ensure adequate supply.
Replace and rotate food and beverage stock using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
Handle food deliveries and store items properly following safety guidelines.
Prepare and restock coffee stations for both breakfast service and Front Desk.
Provide breakfast and/or coffee service to meeting rooms as required.
Cleanliness & Food Safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet, dining area, and service stations.
Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment using approved methods.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Thoroughly clean and reset all areas after breakfast service.
