Full job description

The Minibus Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of employees to the project site or other destinations. The driver must ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good condition, adheres to road safety regulations, and provides a safe travel experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools, equipment, and personnel to job sites across the UAE
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Keep the minibus clean, fueled, and maintained in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (AT or MT) Category 5 or 6
• Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic rules
• Basic communication skills in English
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions
