Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support the team in achieving service level targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Must be a UAE National with Family Book.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
