Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Support the team in achieving service level targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Must be a UAE National with Family Book.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
