You are one of those people who are always seeking out the latest in the culinary scene. Eero’s at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel is looking for someone like you to work in our kitchen. The AM Line Cook will be able to manage all aspects of food preparation, production and presentation of meals and food offerings while consistently providing high quality products for all hotel guests.

The Line Cook MUST have a minimum of 2 years in a cook role in a full service

restaurant or hotel.

Breakfast experience is required. Knowledge of egg styles, omelets, and scratch hollandaise preparation.

Reliable transportation is required.

The Line Cook must be able to work as part of a team, be able to multi-task and have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone who shows the ability to exceed expectations of our guests.

This is a full-time position and will be eligible for:

-5 Day per week / 40 hour position
