About the Role:

As a Pearl Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and promptly addressing any guest needs or concerns. This is a sales position that requires the flawless execution of our Sequence of Service. As part of the sales process, this position requires accurate financial handling of all payment transactions and maintaining strict control of the bills. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders. This role also requires maintaining a clean, organized work environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding service and encourage repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
