Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, using effective time management skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours at nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet events.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in catering or retail math is advantageous for handling cash handling duties accurately.
• Strong communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality will help you excel in fast-paced environments like brewing venues or food industry settings.
