Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Company based in Windsor, New Jersey seeking Full-time Service Office Assistant. Starting pay $25.00-$30.00 an hour. Full-time employees receive full medical benefits for the employee with no cost to the employee; paid time off and holidays; Simple IRA with company match up to 3%. All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
· Answer calls, schedule, and dispatch Technician’s appointments
. Assistant to the Owner of the company and Company Controller
. Maintain schedules and technicians time
. Billing jobs and sending invoices to customers
. Register equipment
· Issue Purchase Orders to the Vendors and Technicians
· Receive Invoices from Vendors and apply to the appropriate Purchase Order
· Assist with the issuing of permits to townships
· Receive and organize Material
Required Credentials:
· One or more years of experience as a dispatcher.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all customers.
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to work as part of the team
