Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including processing payments and managing guest accounts.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • A background in front desk operations or customer service will be beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel’s operational needs.
