Responsibilities

Our Restaurant Servers are responsible for serving food and beverage to guests in a courteous, friendly manner in accordance with established service standards to ensure positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Greet guests, take beverage and food orders; place into point of service system

· Abide by State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

· Offer helpful guidance with menu and daily special offerings; responding knowledgeably to questions

· Pick up food order from presentation area; ensure food is properly prepared
