  • Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
  • Support guest relations by offering personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and hotel facilities.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of service.

Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems.
