Location: Campfire Grill, Hotel Saranac

Wage: $22 an hour

What We’re Looking For:
We are specifically seeking experienced Line Cooks who can take charge in a busy kitchen and work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will bring:

At least 2+ years of professional cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Ability to follow recipes and consistently produce high-quality dishes.
Proficiency in working efficiently under pressure, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
A team player attitude with strong communication skills.
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail in food presentation and garnishing.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities Will Include:

Preparing meals from our diverse menu with precision and care, following standard recipes.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, meeting all restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring product freshness, rotating stock as needed.
Consistently delivering beautiful and delicious meals that exceed our guests’ expectations.
