Job description:

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, skilled, and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role on the team in food preparation, detailed prep work and flexibility within the kitchen’s workload that requires participation at all levels.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Ensure all food is prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Utilize various cooking techniques and equipment, including knives and other culinary tools.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment. 3 or more years preferred.
• Culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisor.
