Duties

• Available for flexible shifts; breakfast 6am-2pm, dinner 2pm-11pm.
• Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and culinary staff.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all aspects of food prep and dishwashing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times.
• Contribute to overall cleaning efforts in the kitchen areas to maintain a pristine environment.

Requirements
