Job Summary: The Breakfast Cook at View Restaurant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This position requires expertise in both a la carte and buffet-style breakfast preparation, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The Breakfast Cook collaborates closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency and efficiency during service hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and standards.
- Execute a la carte orders promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and maintain quality control for all buffet offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and presentation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
