Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage our clinic’s front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff to manage daily schedules and patient visits.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
