Red Mill Manor is seeking a dependable and friendly Kitchen & Dining Room Assistant to join our dining services team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and a welcoming dining experience.

Our residents enjoy an independent lifestyle, and we strive to provide a restaurant-style dining atmosphere where every resident feels welcomed and valued.

No experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous kitchen, restaurant, dining room, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic meal preparation including salads, vegetables, and light food prep
• Set up and prepare dining room tables before meal service
• Serve meals in a courteous and professional manner
• Clear and sanitize tables after meals
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth meal service

Schedule

Seeking Weekend Worker:

• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Additional shifts may be available during the week to help cover vacations or call-offs.
