Holly’s Professional Cleaning is looking for seasonal cleaners to help get us through our extremely busy season. This position will include residential and commercial cleaning as well as short term rentals out of our Bangor location to start immediately. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Sound like you?

This position is for seasonal cleaners out our Bangor office and will be working in the Greater Bangor Area as well as Ellsworth, Orland, Bucksport, Hancock, Castine, Surry, on MDI and surrounding areas.

Professional cleaning experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.

The schedule may vary but WILL include weekends, holidays and early mornings through the summer. Candidate MUST be willing to work weekends, holidays and early mornings.

We are looking for seasonal cleaners that can start immediately. This position is expected to run through the end of November but there is a possibility of turning into a permanent position at the end of the season.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
• Change linen
• General housekeeping
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
• Stage unit for next guest according to individual property guidelines
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements

Qualifications

• Be a reliable person
• Professional cleaning experience preferred but not necessarily required
• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
• Ability to work solo and as a team
• Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.)
• Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required)
