We’re looking for a high-energy, action-driven Operations Manager to lead our growing golf cart dealership. This person thrives on structure & processes, accountability, and results — keeping the team organized and the business moving forward every single day.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations across Parts, Service, and Preventive Maintenance programs.
Manage inventory processes, including ordering, tracking, and random stock audits to maintain full supply readiness.
Coordinate work orders, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
Verify daily that personnel are on task, meeting timelines, and maintaining productivity standards.
Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to all departmental leads and technicians.
Conduct regular team briefings and monitor daily performance metrics.
Ensure that supplies, tools, and equipment are properly organized and replenished as needed.
Foster a positive, service-oriented culture that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Build strong, positive relationships with both customers and internal team members.
Drive operational excellence through organization, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Experienced in automotive or golf cart service operations (2+ years preferred).
Experienced in inventory control, logistics, and process management.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with service management or inventory tracking software.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
Puerto Rico driver’s license Required
