The Role
Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Social Media & Marketing Executive to develop creative content strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity. • Create and edit high-quality visual and written content (images, videos, reels, graphics, stories, carousels, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. • Assist in the planning and execution of monthly content calendars and daily content. • Capture on-site content, including photography and videography, for events, campaigns, and company projects. • Adapt and repurpose content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement. • Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to propose fresh, creative ideas. • Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and quality, meeting brand guidelines. • Work with the marketing team to support paid campaign assets when needed. • Contribute to reporting on content performance and audience engagement metrics.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably within Dubai or the GCC market. • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar). • Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills. • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). • Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
