Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
• Serve breakfast dishes and beverages with friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffet stations, and food preparation zones in accordance with food safety standards
• Replenish food supplies and assist with food handling during busy service times
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely service
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests, accommodating guests’ needs with care and precision
• Support catering events or banquet setups as needed, ensuring smooth execution of large-scale breakfast functions

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or food industry settings, with a focus on breakfast or buffet service
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Experience serving guests in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple tables or stations simultaneously
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
• Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and dietary accommodations
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation within hospitality or restaurant environments
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times
