Responsibilities

- Manage daily shop operations, including sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Assist with event management by coordinating guest participation and supporting special activities or tournaments.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment.
- Support food service operations when needed, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Engage with guests of all ages, including working with children during recreational programs or events.
- Promote amenities and upcoming events through public speaking and friendly interactions.
Qualifications
