Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Front Desk professionals to join our team during the 2nd and Night Shift. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial transactions and recordkeeping for the hotel’s daily operations
Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs promptly
Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple lines, ensuring all calls are answered courteously and directed appropriately
Assist with guest relations by providing local information, hotel amenities details, and resolving issues swiftly to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel settings
Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems
Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety
Previous experience in guest services or front desk roles is highly desirable
