Position Summary
The Housekeeper/Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for all guests. This role supports overall guest satisfaction by upholding cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas

Replenish linens, amenities, and guest supplies according to standards

Follow checklists to maintain consistency and quality

Report repair needs, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors

Communicate room status and special requests to leadership

Assist team members to support smooth and efficient operations

Other Duties
Perform additional cleaning or operational tasks as needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

Strong attention to detail and dependability
