In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing front desk duties, guest relations, and security protocols while preparing a breakfast service in the morning. Duties

  • Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Manage night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations
  • Ensure safety and security by monitoring cameras and enforcing hotel policies during the night shift
  • Assist with early morning breakfast setup, ensuring a welcoming presentation of food stations and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to respond to guest calls and internal inquiries effectively
  • Support team members with administrative tasks such as logging incidents, updating records, and preparing shift reports

Skills

  • Experience in hospitality or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or night audit roles preferred not required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and guest services protocols
  • Attention to detail for financial reconciliation, record keeping, and safety procedures during night audits
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
  • Phone etiquette skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions
