Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, and replenishing supplies
• Care for floors through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure they remain pristine
• Manage sanitation procedures to uphold health standards across all areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and inquiries
• Follow established cleaning protocols for residential or commercial settings to ensure consistency and quality
• Must be available weekends and holidays.

Skills

Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices

Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies used in housekeeping management

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
