Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform repairs on mechanical systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals
• Execute residential painting tasks and other cosmetic repairs to maintain facility appearance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance
• Ability to perform residential painting and basic carpentry tasks as needed
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination
• Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex equipment issues
