Dishwasher/Prep Cook

SUMMARY

PT/FT position available. Assist our culinary team with food preparation and kitchen sanitation daily. Primarily works in the kitchen, banquet areas and dining room. Prepare food as necessary and instructed, preform dishwashing and warewashing as required. Performs other duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Some kitchen or restaurant experience preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred

Full-service restaurant or kitchen experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

ServSafe or other Food Service sanitation training preferred

Must be able to read and fully understand labels on chemicals
Frequent exposure to steam, high temperatures and humidity
