Duties

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings, and coordinate room assignments
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines and communicating clearly with guests and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining composure during busy hours
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
