We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator with a valid UAE Driving License to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while also being available for local errands, bank/PRO-related work, and coordination tasks requiring driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documentation as required.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and functionality.
- Maintain databases, records, and confidential files accurately.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, timesheets, and employee records.
- Assist with financial and accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and petty cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health & safety regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and basic accounting principles.
- Holding a valid UAE Driving License
