About Us: The Annabelle Inn is a family-owned boutique bed and breakfast style hotel that also includes a historic cabin, known for a warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Position Overview: As our On-Site Guest Services Associate, you’ll wear many hats—providing friendly guest service, managing reservations, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our properties are maintained and welcoming. This is a hands-on, on-site role with overnight on-call duty 3–4 nights per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out, ensuring smooth, positive interactions.
Manage phone and online reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Offer informed suggestions about local restaurants and activities.
Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee housekeeping and breakfast/afternoon hospitality setup as needed.
Effectively communicate with guests, owners, and staff.
Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks.
Perform light maintenance and monitor property safety.
Maintain a professional, friendly presence at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer-first attitude—warm, attentive, and reliable.
Excellent verbal and written communication in proper English.
Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn hotel management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
Professional appearance and conduct (drug/alcohol-free during work hours).
Work Schedule:
On-site, in-person position.
Minimum of 40 Hours/week.
3–4 nights on-call/week.
