Bartender | Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort

Schedule Expectations:

• Workweek runs Sunday–Saturday
• Weekends are required
• Shift begins at 4:00 PM and will end 9:00 PM minimum
• Current operating hours:
• Bonito’s & Beach Club: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• In season hours:
• Beach Club: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Closed Monday & Tuesday)
• Bonito’s: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and warmly welcome all guests
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks with consistency and creativity
• Interact with guests, take orders, process payments using TOAST POS
• Assess guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Deliver an exceptional, guest-focused experience at all times
