Join the team at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront as a Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay at our Kill Devil Hills, NC location. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
Make beds, replenish linens and towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presented neatly.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
