We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team at one of our San Antonio Airport select-service hotel properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in guest service, thrives during evening and overnight hours, and values consistency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest service during 2nd shift and overnight hours
Perform Night Audit procedures accurately and on time
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests professionally
Balance daily reports, transactions, and audit paperwork
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized front desk environment
Communicate effectively with management and other departments
Qualifications:

Previous hotel Front Desk and Night Audit experience required
Ability to work 2nd shift and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. This position will be required to work either the 2nd shift and the overnight shift as needed.
Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills
Comfortable working independently overnight
Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
