Duties

Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Conduct property showings, presentations, and virtual tours to showcase available listings
Negotiate terms and prices effectively to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote listings
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress
Stay informed about local market trends, property laws, fair housing regulations, and legal requirements
Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process
Qualifications

Valid Florida real estate license is required; experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of marketing techniques and property management practices
Familiarity with fair housing regulations, real estate law, and administrative procedures
Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client files
Prior experience in customer service or sales roles enhances success in this position
