Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in the construction, interior fit-out, and MEP industries. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in obtaining project-related work permits, approvals, and NOCs from relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities across multiple sites.
• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients to obtain necessary work permits, approvals, and NOCs.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for permits and approvals in a timely manner.
• Follow up with municipalities, developers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and timely clearance of documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Maintain up-to-date project records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and report project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or MEP projects.
• Proven experience in handling project-related approvals, permits, and NOC processes with local authorities (e.g., municipality, civil defense, utility providers).
• Strong understanding of construction and MEP workflows, documentation, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE/Dubai (or relevant location’s) authority submission procedures is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand project drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiner required.
• Preference will be given to candidates having own visa/cancelled visa.
