Banquet Server
Location: Amana, IA

Position Summary:
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Banquet Server, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service during special events and large gatherings. We’re looking for energetic, professional individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, and décor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
Work closely with event staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Clear tables and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup
Qualifications:

Previous food service or banquet experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
