Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests during the breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations and a strong understanding of food safety and meal preparation. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast items, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including buffet stations and seating arrangements.
• Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, including meal preparation and service.
• Brew coffee and prepare beverages, ensuring they are served fresh throughout the breakfast service.
• Perform meat cutting or other food preparation tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with meal preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
