Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and appropriate maintenance to preserve flooring quality
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
• Support custodial tasks such as waste removal, replenishing supplies, and general upkeep to uphold cleanliness standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory management and scheduling support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and floor care procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
