Fernvale Springs Farm is a family-owned, generational organic farm looking for a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Greenhouse Assistant to join our growing team.

This position is perfect for someone who loves plants, working outdoors, and being part of a positive farm environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Watering and caring for plants
• Harvesting vegetables, herbs, and flowers
• Seeding and transplanting
• Greenhouse organization and cleaning
• Assisting with farm projects and daily tasks
• Helping prepare products for market and sales

Requirements

• Must be reliable and self-motivated
• Able to work in heat, humidity, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Weekend availability may be needed
• Previous greenhouse or farming experience is helpful but not required
