Summary

As an Assistant at Js Cleaners, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability while assisting with their laundry and dry cleaning needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning and laundry inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area.
• Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Assist in processing orders, including checking in items for cleaning and preparing them for pickup.
• Pick up garments from customers’ residences or designated collection points within the established timeframe.
• Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 20-30lb laundry bags
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Experience operating cash registers or handling cash transactions.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is required.
