Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving services while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Safely operate a box truck or van to transport items to various locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Execute route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
• Collaborate with team members in warehouse settings, assisting with inventory management as needed.
• Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license; experience as a van driver or box truck operator is essential.
• Previous experience in moving or courier services is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines.
