Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Sales:
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into actual customers.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and customer service activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
- Proven experience in sales (minimum 5 year).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
