We are looking for Administrative Professional with good language and people skills.
Must have knowledge in word and excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Maintain, organize, and track project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, correspondence, permits, and reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Implement document control procedures and systems to ensure efficient and accurate management of documents throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and retrieved, both in digital and hard copy formats, and are easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Maintain version control on all project documents to ensure that the most current revisions are always in use.
- Take quotation from different vendors to compare prices and evaluate what’s best for the team.
- Co-ordinate and prepare timesheet for company and with subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Arabic is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards.
- Valid UAE driving license
