Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Schedule: Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and holidays

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, the front desk team plays a key role in creating a positive and memorable stay. Our Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude during check-in and check-out

Assist guests with reservations, questions, and special requests

Accurately process payments and maintain reservation records

Provide helpful local recommendations and information about the area

Communicate clearly with housekeeping and management to ensure guest needs are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, restaurants, or similar experience preferred)

Friendly, positive personality with strong communication skills

Dependable and professional work ethic

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
