Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly
– Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Reservations
– Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
– Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
– Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Familiarity with computerized systems for appointment scheduling
– Knowledge of basic office management procedures
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
