Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a hotel setting in guest rooms as well as public areas of the hotel. This position involves ensuring all tasks are completed properly and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closet
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
