Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- selling and rental prime residential property in Dubai, UAE.
- Entering all new properties on CRM for marketing purposes.
- Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
- Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles
- Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
- Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
- Negotiating deals between the two parties,
- Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in Dubai real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
- A valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation is a must
