Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the gym. The role involves managing both front desk and back-end responsibilities, supporting the head manager, and assisting clients with their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily gym operations and maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Manage accounting of sales and prepare simple records and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and the head manager.
- Greet members and guests, answer inquiries in person, by phone, or via messages.
- Manage the gym shop, including sales, stock monitoring, and inventory.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and filing documents.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate; basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Ability to use office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
