Full job description

We are seeking a part time Hampton Inn & Suites I25 North. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties:

– Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

– Check guests in and out of the hotel

– Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

– Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities

– Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently

– Process reservations and cancellations accurately

– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Requirements:

– Previous experience in guest services, guest relations, or customer service preferred

– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

– Knowledge of hotel or hospitality management is advantageous

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
