Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests and manage reservations.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Able to work each of our 3 shifts: 1) 6am-2pm, 2) 2pm-10pm and 3) 10pm-6am

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
  • Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer software applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
